About Us !

We are a cooperation of various trades from the Munich event branch, which work together to promote Munich as an event destination. Particular thanks are due to the Congress Bureau of the Munich Tourist Office, which has supported this project from the beginning. It is our aim to create a well-rounded, information collection for national and international event managers. Once a year there will be an open door day, where event planers from throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland can become acquainted with our partners personally within the framework of a venue roadshow.
Our marketing activities are not financed by government subsidies or hidden provisions but through fixed charges to the partners introduced on this portal. The founding members are, among others, the Allianz Arena, Autobus Oberbayern, beach 38°, Bavaria Film City, Bayerische Hof, BUGA Lounge, Dallmayr Party & Catering, Munich Airport, Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (House of Bavarian Economy), Maritime Hotel, Löwenbräukeller, SuiteStuff, Trust Promotion as well as ORBIS – Seminar Room Concept.
This web portal went online on November 16, 2011 within a very short time so that many partners are not yet listed. There are also many firms whom we have not contacted. We would appreciate your help! Is someone missing from this site? If so, whom should we contact? All services from the Munich event branch are welcome as partners. This means not only hotels, restaurants, caterers and event venues, but also entertainers, suppliers, decorators, photographers, DJs and all the other branches needed for a successful event.
A few of our partners have been working together for years. Others have just gotten to know each other. At the meetings, to be held three or four times a year, partners can exchange information and decide how to set up the next marketing action and which projects they want to concentrate on in the future. We are looking forward to hearing your suggestions.
